BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH PROSCIUTTO

One of my favorite side dishes that pairs with practically anything are Brussels Sprouts! Here I take them to new heights with Marcona Almonds, California Golden Figs from United With Earth, Prosciutto, Thyme & Fresh Figs! It’s the perfect dish alongside Roasted Salmon or a great Filet Mignon! Shopping List: California Golden Figs from United With Earth Brussels Sprouts Prosciutto Marcona Almonds Fresh Figs 1 Tablespoon Buter Salt & Pepper (to taste) Olive Oil Thyme Balsamic Glaze Recipe: -Preheat Oven on Bake to 400 degrees ​-Clean and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Drizzle with Olive Oil and top with Salt & fresh cracked Black Pepper. -Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until perfectly roasted. -While the Brussels Sprouts are in the oven, sautée your California Figs, Marcona Almonds & Thyme in butter until California Figs are tender and the Marcona Almonds are nice and toasted (2-3 minutes on medium high heat). -Take Brussels Sprouts out of the oven and add to pan with Figs & Almonds and sautée for a minute -Bake 3 slices of Prosciutto on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes. Top over your Brussels Sprouts, slice Fresh Figs and top with Balsamic Glaze. -ENJOY! With Love, Penny Davidi
