Last minute guests and need something sweet to add to the dinner table? Make something unique and in less than 10 minutes you'll have a deliciously addictive dessert that will impress your guests using only 1 pack of United With Earth's Snack Pack!
Shopping List:
Snack pack dates rolled in Coconut & Almond
Medjool dates pitted
1 cup melted milk chocolate
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup shaved coconut
¼ cup pistachio paste
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup crushed pistachios
Recipe:
-On a double broiler melt your chocolate
-Remove the pits from your dates
-Dip dates rolled in coconuts into melted chocolate and set on parchment paper. Sprinkle with toasted nuts and others with shaved coconut
-stuff your pitted medjool dates with pistachio paste and feta cheese, topped with crushed toasted pistachios
-Refrigerate until chocolate has firmed up and serve
-Serve with an after dinner cocktail or tea and ENJOY!

One of my favorite side dishes that pairs with practically anything are Brussels Sprouts! Here I take them to new heights with Marcona Almonds, California Golden Figs from United With Earth, Prosciutto, Thyme & Fresh Figs! It’s the perfect dish alongside Roasted Salmon or a great Filet Mignon! Shopping List: California Golden Figs from United With Earth Brussels Sprouts Prosciutto Marcona Almonds Fresh Figs 1 Tablespoon Buter Salt & Pepper (to taste) Olive Oil Thyme Balsamic Glaze Recipe: -Preheat Oven on Bake to 400 degrees -Clean and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Drizzle with Olive Oil and top with Salt & fresh cracked Black Pepper. -Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes until perfectly roasted. -While the Brussels Sprouts are in the oven, sautée your California Figs, Marcona Almonds & Thyme in butter until California Figs are tender and the Marcona Almonds are nice and toasted (2-3 minutes on medium high heat). -Take Brussels Sprouts out of the oven and add to pan with Figs & Almonds and sautée for a minute -Bake 3 slices of Prosciutto on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes. Top over your Brussels Sprouts, slice Fresh Figs and top with Balsamic Glaze. -ENJOY! With Love, Penny Davidi

I’m in the United With Earth Test Kitchen making my deliciously addictive Cauliflower Crust Pizza using braised pears, United With Earth Dried Mission & Golden Figs, arugula, fresh figs, creamy Alfredo & drizzled with balsamic! It’s literally perfection! Hope you make this at your next dinner party, or for an easy dinner for two on a weekend night for a Netflix & Chill you won’t forget! Shopping List: Alfredo Sauce (I used a Pesto Kale Alfredo) Cauliflower Crust Fresh Burrata Cheese Arugula Thyme Fig or Balsamic Glaze 1 Tablespoon Butter 1/4 Pear (sliced) United With Earth Dried Mission & California Figs Fresh Figs or Prosciutto (optional) Salt & Pepper Recipe: -Pre-heat your oven to bake at 400 degrees -Sautee Golden & Mission Figs and Pears in Butter (add salt & pepper to taste) -Add your jarred Alfredo Sauce to the Cauliflower Crust -Top with your Golden & Mission Figs and Pears -Top with Thyme sprigs -Add Burrata Cheese -Into the oven for 30 minutes -Toss Arugula lightly in Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper -Top Pizza with Arugula -Add Fresh Figs or Prosciutto & Balsamic Glaze -ENJOY!
