I’m sharing with you one of my favorite appetizers! You’ve seen Avocado Toast & Ricotta Toast... well here is my Labne Toast! That’s right, delicious Labne (cheese/yogurt) topped with braised Medjool Dates by United With Earth. This sweet & savory combination is the perfect way to start any meal, especially when paired with a chilled glass of Rosé! Cheers!
Shopping List:
United With Earth Medjool Dates
Labne
Bread of your choice
Fig Glaze
Fresh Mint
Sesame Seeds
Porcini Mushrooms
Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
Recipe:
-Toast your favorite Bread
-Spread on the Labne, and top with Salt & Pepper
-Top off with your braised Mushrooms & Dates in Butter
-Add some Olive Oil to the top, along with fresh Mint
-Add Sesame Seeds for added texture
-ENJOY with a glass of chilled wine!

Shopping List:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (any kind of yogurt will do)
½ teaspoon date sugar
1 tablespoon chopped dates
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon blueberries
½ cup sliced bananas
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Recipe:
-In your serving bowl mix your yogurt and date sugar
-Top off with dates, Fruit & Nuts, Almond butter and serve. ENJOY!

Is there really a better smell than something baking in the oven? I don't think so! My Chocolate Banana Date Bread is simply delicious and with the addition of Date Sugar instead of White Sugar, it's somewhat healthier as well.... I said SOMEWHAT! Anyway you slice this bread, it's sure to be a warm welcome to anytime coming over for tea of coffee! Add this to your arsenal of fresh baked recipes for years to come!
Shopping List:
2 ripe bananas
1tsp. baking soda
1tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup date sugar
¼ cup chopped dates
2 cups of flour
Pinch of salt
Recipe:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees to bake for 50min
-Line using parchment paper a loaf pan, butter it first then put in paper
-Mash up 2 bananas
-Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda and salt
-Slowly add in flour and mix well
-Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 50min on 425 degrees
-Remove onto rack and let it cool before you cut into it
-Serve with a cup of coffee & ENJOY!
